We stand behind our products and our promise. Our product is durable by design, but if there’s a problem with your gear we’ll do what we can to make things right.
Cotopaxi gladly accepts returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase of both new Cotopaxi products and pre-loved products purchased through Cotopaxi Más Vida. To receive a refund, please make sure tags are still intact, and that items are unwashed and in excellent condition. You will also need an order number to initiate the return.
you can also make a return at one of our retail stores and avoid the shipping fee. Más Vida products are not eligible for in-store returns, and must be processed online. Please be sure to bring your order confirmation or store receipt with you to initiate the return.
Return Policy Exceptions
When it comes to international and U.S. territory purchases, sales are final and we can’t accept returns.
Items marked as “final sale” are ineligible for return or exchanges and Event Tickets are non-refundable.

It’s super simple–have your order number ready and bring in your original method of payment. Más Vida purchases are not eligible for in store returns.
I want to return or exchange a gift.
Even if you don’t have the order number and zip code on the order, no worries! We’ll help you exchange it or return it for store credit.
